Franco Pomare has more than 35 years of legal experience and has been a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Family Law for 30 years.
He has extensive experience in complex parenting, property, financial and international family law matters, including disputes involving business owners, professionals, companies, trusts and high-net-worth asset pools.

Gabriella Pomare is an award-winning Sydney family lawyer with more than a decade of experience practising exclusively in family law.
A former Associate to a Justice of the Family Court of Australia, Gabriella advises on complex parenting disputes, international relocation, family violence, high-net-worth property settlements and cross-border family law matters.
She is also an internationally published author, speaker, podcast host and regular commentator on family law, co-parenting, relationships, separation and modern family dynamics.
The Hon. Louise Henderson
Former Justice of the Family Court of Australia, Mediator and Strategic Adviser
The Hon. Louise Henderson has more than 36 years of family law and judicial experience.
Her career has included appointments as a Deputy Registrar, Registrar, Senior Registrar, barrister, Federal Magistrate and Justice of the Family Court of Australia.
Louise now conducts facilitative, evaluative and hybrid family law mediations. Where appropriate and subject to professional obligations and conflict requirements, she may also provide strategic insight to Norton Law Group’s family law team in complex client matters.
