Our Team

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Media and Communications with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours Class 1) from Macquarie University. During her time at university, Jessica studied advanced negotiation and mediation at the London School of Economics and Political Science. In 2023, Jessica received a High Distinction on her research thesis which considered the protection of children from harm in Australia’s Family Law System. In 2023 Jessica was also awarded the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement in Law.

Having worked closely with senior team members, Jessica has been involved in a broad range of family law matters, including parenting arrangements, property matters, child support, spousal maintenance, and divorce. She displays a passion in the area of family law and is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for her clients. The team have always valued her compassion and responsiveness to client’s needs.

Jessica spent her formative years in Hong Kong and attended the Australian International School in Kowloon Tong, before repatriating to Australia for university and to commence her legal career. With deep personal and professional ties to Hong Kong, she brings cultural fluency and lived experience to the often challenging process of advising clients whose lives span multiple jurisdictions.

Jessica advises on all aspects of Australian family law, including parenting disputes, cross-border parenting arrangements, urgent parenting orders, relocation applications, and property settlements and asset division.  Jessica also acts in family violence matters, urgent parenting applications, and high-conflict disputes. She is known for her clear and compassionate communication style and her commitment to helping clients make confident, informed decisions.

She travels to Hong Kong regularly and continues to work closely with clients and their professional advisers across the region
